In its recent statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), Emaar Properties has confirmed that the date of entitlement of shareholders (last trading date to benefit from priority allotment in the shares of Emaar Malls Group) in the priority allotment of the shares of Emaar Malls Group (EMG) is September 10, 2014.

Moreover, the date of exclusion from priority allotment is September 11, 2014, while the settlement date (and closing of register) for the purposes of priority allotment is September 14, 2014.
